Terms of rental.
-Any person intending to rent equipment will be required to produce photographic identification and proof of address.
The validity of identification is at the discretion of Rebel Acoustic Hire employees.
-Accepted ID forms:
Passport, Drivers License, Garda ID.
-Proof of Address :( At least two documents will be required) A recent bill in the customer’s name or a property rental contract.
-By renting from us you are agreeing to return equipment in the condition in which it was received and not to damage, modify, deface, lose or otherwise devalue the equipment.
-In the event that you fail to adhere to the above conditions you will be liable for all damages up to a value not exceeding the retail purchase-value of the equipment.
-Equipment must be returned on the date specified and before specified time. Returns made after the specified time are subject to a daily rental charge in addition to a daily penalty of 65 euro. Returns that are more than 3 days late will be subject to a replacement charge equal to the retail purchase price of the rented equipment.
-Securing a booking will require a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total rental cost.
-Failure to collect at the agreed time/date will constitute a cancellation of the order.
-All payments to be made on the day that rental commences and all additional charges and penalties are to be paid immediately.
-It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items are returned in their original condition and in good time.
-It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the contract drawn reflects the rental conditions under which they wish to operate.
-Rebel Acoustic Hire will not be held responsible for any injury or other bodily harm caused through misuse of our equipment.
-Rebel Acoustic Hire will not be held responsible for any consequences of equipment failure including loss of earnings.
-Rebel Acoustic Hire agrees to perform maintenance checks prior to any rental to ensure that equipment is in good working order.
